Glamdring, Sting and Anduril

My Mom knows that when it comes to LOTR (Lord of the Rings) news and updates I'm forever interested. So she told me about this news segment last Friday at ABS CBN TV Patrol: that the LOTR swords were designed and made here in the Philiippines, right in the province of Nueva Ecija.

Talaga lang ha! If that is so then this news should have been out way before, like three years ago.

To further investigate, I opened the ABS CBN website, and true enough, it's there!

As I've read here, the swords were not Philippine made.

Lesson: Not everything you see on TV is true, especially if its from ABS CBN. Ano? May hihirit ba?

Gandalf sword is Glamdring, Frodo's is Sting, Aragorn's is Narsil and upon reforging it became Anduril. You can never read anything like these... Gandalf's sword was something blabla or Aragorn's sword became blabla.

Sensya na, apektado lang.. gedemmit!
